Apologies for cross-posting...
The IMLS has just announced a special initiative (grant opportunity!) for small and rural libraries and archives, under their National Leadership Grants for Libraries Program. The initiative is called Accelerating Promising Practices for Small Libraries, and seeks for fund projects focused on transforming school library practice, community memory, and/or digital inclusion.
Grant amounts can be between $10,000 and $50,000. Eligibility for these grants is pretty broad: public libraries, districts, or consortiums; public school libraries; college and university libraries; special libraries; and library associations.
Please see more info and a link to the official funding opportunity notice here, along with details about upcoming webinars about this initiative:

Deadline to apply for FFY2019 funding is February 25, 2019.
