[AL-Directors] Library measures, bonds or referendums in November 2020

Hello Everyone,

It is that time again!

I would like to know if anyone has library referendums, measures, or issues on the ballot in this upcoming November 3rd election.
If your library or any library that you know of does, please let me know as soon as possible.

So far, I am aware of Bend, Hermiston, Sweet Home and Eugene. Wallowa in May...
