[AL-Directors] COVID-19 Health Information Outreach Award

The NNLM PNR (Network of the National Libraries of Medicine, Pacific Northwest Region) is announcing a Request for Proposals for a new COVID-19 Health Information Outreach Award<http://wala.memberclicks.net/message2/link/ef33681b-4c1f-47b3-a9b1-2af09291982b/11>. Network members in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington are eligible to receive up to $15,000 to pilot and/or develop programs that address community health needs resulting from the COVID-19 global pandemic.

The award will cover costs for virtual or in-person programs, and tools and training to manage information overload or combat misinformation. All accepted are proposals to expand e-services and distance programming through enhanced technology.

At least five (5) COVID-19 Health Information Outreach Awards are available. Applications are due October 30, 2020. Eligible applicants must be from institutions that are members of the NNLM PNR. The period of performance for these awards is:  December 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021.
