Hello directors!

The next virtual meet-up for library directors is happening on Thursday, May 2 at 12:00p noon.

This meetup is a chance for you to check-in with your colleagues from around the state, share what’s going on, ask questions, and brainstorm solutions with your colleagues. Most recently, topics have included discussions about board members potentially retiring (or not), generally building relationships with board members, concerns about overnight wifi usage outside of the library and how to address gossip/misinformation about activities, how to help/retrain staff so they are provide accurate information, and generally providing a supportive space to share challenges and successes.
