Good morning Answerlanders,
A patron is looking for help:
"If a person sends threats to a school via email, is that covered by freedom of speech? Not specific threats like bringing a weapon to school but something like this: "you all are going to suffer and pay. That steak will go straight to your heart. You will see my face as you pass away." This is for an assignment. I am a graduate student wondering how far free speech goes if there is a vague threat involved. Thank you."
