[Answerland] Help find a book

Hi Answerlanders,

MCL has a patron looking for a particular book. Here's what we know:

   - It is a chapter book for kids or teens
   - It is about a girl who moves to Peru with her mom to find her dad's
   grave
   - The boyfriend of the mom went missing before they went to Peru
   - When they went to Peru they met the girls cousin who became her friend
   - Not historical fiction
   - It has staircases and old buildings and two people on stairs on the
   cover
   - It's at least a year old, but could be much older

Does anyone have any ideas?
