[Health_Education_Promotion] Admission packet examples

Hi all,

Seattle Children's Hospital is looking into modifying our admission packets
that we give families when they become inpatient. We would like to collect
examples of other hospital admission packets being used, that are either
already in the inpatient room or are given to families by a nurse or unit
coordinator, to compare both content and layout (i.e. an app, a magazine, a
brochure, a physical person telling the families about hospital services,
etc.). Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated. If you could send a copy
that would be even better (please see my mailing address be;pw). Please
feel free to mail your examples or respond to this email/call for any
