Hi Jonathan and sustainability friends,

OHA & DHS have the attached policy that refers to "Menu Planning for Healthy Meetings, Conferences an d Events". It includes some language around supporting "sustainability by providing local, seasonal foods; using tap water, not bottled water; and setting up recycling".
