Subject: Packet Material for Sustainability Board Dec 14 Meeting

All,

I will be sending out packet material to the Sustainability Board next Monday, December 4. If you have anything you would like to include, please have it to me by then. Fact sheets, program summaries, links to reports online, all are ok. Agencies presenting sustainability plan updates should have some documentation ahead of time (ODOE, ODOT).

No need to share slides ahead of time. If you are joining us by Teams, we'll let you share your screen. If you are attending in person, we will have a master laptop set up and you are welcome to send slides to me ahead of time, or bring a thumb drive. I can drive the slides or let you do so.

You are welcome to join the meeting just for your agenda time, or stay as long as you want. It's a public meeting.
