All, as I mentioned yesterday, our Enterprise Sustainability Dashboard is now up. We are not yet "advertising" it because we want to give all agencies a chance to review the posted data and provide any corrections that need to be made.

All the reported data comes from either the ODOE SEED report (data submitted through Energy Star Portfolio Manager for building energy use) or reports from the DAS State Fleet (fuel use, etc.).

You will see for some agencies there are missing years, or data that seems exceptionally small/large compared to other years. This could just be gaps in reporting or partial reports.

If you see anything that is not accurate, please contact Steve Markham and let him know what needs to be corrected. In some cases, if the data reported to ODOE though Portfolio Manager was inaccurate, that info may need to go through ODOE and Portfolio Manager before it reaches us.

This Sustainability Dashboard is meant to convey agency metrics around energy and climate to other parts of the enterprise, as well as the public. The energy and fleet data is already published through reports to the legislature. This just pulls it all into one spot, on one web site.
