All,

The DAS Office of Sustainability is in the process of creating an Enterprise Sustainability Report that will be web based and interactive, with metrics on state agency building energy use, fleets, and greenhouse gases. Our goal is to have this live by the end of Quarter 1 on the DAS Office of Sustainability web site.

One metric we would like to include - and for which we don't have good info - is the total kilowatts of installed renewable energy (i.e., solar PV) each agency has online. Looking ahead, our thought is to ask agencies for this information annually using Energy Star Portfolio Manager, but for now we're hoping you can email us what you have. We are using 2022 as our starting baseline year, so could you please email me or Steve Markham your total kw of installed capacity for 2022.

We would like this info by no later than end of day Friday, February 16. No graphs or charts needed, a simple kw number if you only have one or a few systems, or if you have multiple systems and want to send a spreadsheet, that's fine too.

If your systems are/were part of a special initiative (e.g., ODOT Solar Highways), please share a brief narrative with us so we can include your story in the report narrative.
