[kids-lib] 2008 Summer Reading Evaluations

Thank you to all of the wonderful libraries that submitted their summer reading evaluations already.  If you have not submitted your evaluation, please do so by Tuesday, September 30.  With the legislative session beginning in January, the State Library staff needs our statistics!  The evaluation form is available on the OLA CSD website:

Please fill out the form online and submit it directly from there in order to expedite the creation of a spreadsheet with all the library statistics included.  You may want to print a copy of the form to use as a working copy as you develop your answers, then fill out the online form all at once.  This would be tremendously appreciated.
