[kids-lib] Summer 2011 Online Courses - Mon., 7/11 Registration Deadline

Hello!  I just received the following email from ALA's Association for Library Services to Children (ALSC) about the online professional development courses they are offering this summer.  These workshops may seem expensive, however they are all online so you don't have to pay for travel and they are all self-directed which means you can work on them at your convenience so your library doesn't have to pay for a substitute. They cost:

  *   $165 for people who are not members of ALA and not members of ALSC
  *   $145 for ALA member who aren't ALSC members
  *   $95 for ALSC members
