Hi! I just received the following email announcing the summer webinars offered by ALA's Association of Library Services to Children. The following webinars are $55 for individuals or $195 for groups. While $55 may seem like a lot, keep in mind there are no additional travel fees and the webinars provide an opportunity to 'chat' with your colleagues around the country.
If these days and times don't work for you or these topics aren't what you need to cover right now, check out the archived webinars which only cost $25: http://www.ala.org/alsc/edcareeers/profdevelopment/alscweb/webinars. Please keep in mind that archived webinars are recordings of webinars that already took place so you can't ask questions of the presenters or 'chat' with colleagues while viewing it.
