[kids-lib] Grant opportunities

Here is an article on early learning funding opportunities for public libraries: http://www.slj.com/2013/07/early-learning/early-learning-grants-for-public-libraries-resources. I didn't review all the grant opportunities closely, but at a glance I notice that one is a Dollar General grant and Dollar General is not located in Oregon so we don't qualify. However there are several mentioned, such as Libri Foundation, that many of your library be qualified to apply.
