[kids-lib] 2015 Mock Caldecott - Call for Committee Members

Greetings OLA members!

Would you like to participate in an OLA/CSD committee?

Do you still like to read picture books? Do you enjoy evaluating the art in
the picture books?

If you answered "yes" to all of these questions, you might be the perfect
candidate to serve on the 2015 Mock Caldecott Workshop committee.

Responsibilities include:

   - Read as many new picture books as humanly possible March through
   September.
   - Report weekly to an email-based committee on your findings and all
   things picture book.
   - Critically assess picture books using the ALA Caldecott guidelines.
   - Engage in robust dialogue regarding 2014 picture books.
   - Help plan the 2015 Mock Caldecott Workshop.
   - Have so much fun that you might compare it to a barrel of monkeys.
