I took this training several years ago and it is awesome! I use the skills
both in talking with kids about books and on the reference desk. As Kim
said in the preconference CSD sponsored a few years ago. VTS is a program
that teaches trhinking skills using art.

Thank you for your continued interest in Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS).
We are pleased to announce that registration is open for a new *Beginner
Practicum Training at Bullseye Projects in Portland *on *Saturday, January
16 & Sunday, January 17, 2016*. The course is from 9a - 4p each day. This
two-day VTS Practicum is designed to engage new facilitators with the
process of VTS discussion & to introduce participants to the theories that
inform VTS protocol. We are thrilled to be partnering with Bullseye
Projects for this experience as we will hone facilitation skills in their
unique and dynamic galleries.
