Subject: [kids-lib] Picture book stumper: family of ghosts haunts house


Picture book stumper: We're looking for a picture book that probably came out early to mid-90's possibly by an Oregon author. The story is a family (maybe ghosts) that haunt a house. A family of werewolves moves in an the original family scare them away, then a family of vampires moves in and gets scared away, too. Then an odd human family moves in and is not scared no matter what the "ghost family" tries. They all live together in the end happily. The cover had a dark teal boarder, and has a picture of the house in the middle. Does anyone have any ideas for what this might be?
