[kids-lib] FW: Mock Belpré Registration

As you can read below, the registration for the Mock Pura Belpré is open (go to the link). I want to let you know that one of the titles in the list -Echo by Pam Muñoz Ryan- was taken off because its content doesn’t reflect the Latino experience. Attached you’ll find the list of titles and the criteria for this award.
I also want to thank Barratt Miller, whose enthusiastic dedication to this project was and is crucial.
Please, don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Again, the registration is free (you have to bring your own lunch –I’ll create a list of restaurants close to the Hillsboro Public Library – Main.)
