[kids-lib] Student library cards

Other than Albany, are there any others of you in Oregon who have worked out the process for getting a library card to every student, either by using their student ID, or another method?  If you have, could you send me just a few basic details about how you accomplished it, and what restrictions, if any, are involved?  Thanks so much for your help!
