Attention those serving teens! Seeking funds to attend the upcoming 2019 OLA/WLA joint conference and/or need money to participate in other types of professional development opportunities? Then consider applying for the OYAN Scholarship! The Oregon Young Adult Network (OYAN) is excited to announce that they received a State Library Professional Development grant of $1,000 from the State Library of Oregon LSTA program that will allow them to support additional scholarship applicants for the 2019 year. Current OYAN members in good standing are encouraged to apply for the scholarship for up to $350 to attend a conference, webinar, or other professional development opportunity related to teen services or programs. Funding may be used towards registration fees, lodging and more.



Scholarships are awarded on an continuous basis while funds are available. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply to as soon as possible- especially those seeking funds for the OLA/WLA joint conference and any applicable pre-conferences.
