[kids-lib] Comfort cabinet in teen section

Hello,

I have an idea to have a "comfort" cabinet in our teen section supplied with hygiene products for teens to discreetly take if needed. My director wanted me to do a bit of research before we thought about implementing this idea.
Are there other libraries out there that provide teen access to personal hygiene items. If so, is it used by teens? How was it funded/stocked by donations of funds from the library? Do you feel a service like this falls in the realm of a libraries' mission to the community?
