We have experienced some technical problems with the Survey Monkey grant application process. These difficulties started to arise on Friday, May 17th, as applications were being submitted but could not be accessed.

After trying to troubleshoot the problem, it was determined that a new application process needed to be implemented. If you are applying for a book grant, please access the following link to do so:

https://www.oregonbattleofthebooks.org/book-grants/

Starting today, the Survey Monkey link will be taken down and no longer used.

Lastly, if you submitted a book grant application form on Wednesday, May 15th or Thursday, May 16th, your application has been received.

**If you submitted a book grant application form on Friday, May 17th or afterwards, please resubmit the form to the link listed above for consideration.** Apologies for any inconvenience caused. The final day to submit applications is Sunday, June 30th.
