Web Services Support Specialist

The Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service is recruiting for a Web Services Support Specialist. This person will work as a member of the CCRLS support team and with focused responsibility on Web Services, The Online Public Access Catalog interface, Web pages for pubic and intranet use as well as general library automation support. The position requires training and experience in web design, content management systems, computer systems, and/or database management. Experience in a library setting is preferred. This position if full-time and the starting salary is $2,822 per month plus benefits.

The Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service provides library automaton and other services to 17 public libraries and the Chemeketa Community College library. The system uses the Millennium library automation system.

Youth Services Librarian

Great youth programs in place, just step in and keep things going as well as expand Youth Services with some of your own ideas. Great position for someone who likes lots of job variety, small town life, the outdoors, and running their own show. Starting salary $30,000 to $32,000. MLS preferred, but will consider those with extensive experience in serving youth in a library setting. Varied schedule, including some Saturdays and evenings. Position starts December 1, 2008.
