The Deschutes Public Library is a dynamic and innovative library
district. The district is currently seeking a proactive, creative, and
service-oriented, upper level librarian. The librarian will primarily
manage the collection development of adult materials. Knowledge of
standard public library books, music and film collections, as well as
popular reading materials, is essential. The position requires an MLS
and three years experience demonstrating successful and progressive
adult collection processes and results. The successful candidate will be
a self-starter and effective in teams. Position closes on October 10.
