The White House Conference on Library and Information Services (WHCLIST) 
and the ALA Washington Office wish to announce the 2009 WHCLIST Award 
that provides a stipend of $300 to help defray the costs for a civilian 
participant to attend National Library Legislative Day (NLLD) May 11th 
and 12th in Washington, DC.
