[Libs-Or] VHS tape cleaner looking for a home

The Albany Public Library has a RTI TapeChek 400 series model (model 490 S) available to the highest bidder.  The machine is rather heavy, so shipping cost is probably prohibitive.  Arrangements for pick-up or delivery would have to be made.  Attached is a picture of the machine.
