I remember these boxes being discussed on PUBLIB about 2 years ago.  I
looked it up and I could find the link to the entries but, for some unknown
reason, the content of entries was scrubbed.  Maybe it is just a glitch and
the content will reappear soon.



At that time I remember there being a number of news articles about the
