[Libs-Or] Periodicals subscription services

Excuse me if this has been addressed before...couldn't find in 
archives.

Our small/medium sized public library is considering switching our 
print subscriptions from EBSCO.  We have received proposals from 
ReVistas and WT Cox.

I'd really appreciate any input (good or bad)from those of you who have 
experience with either of these services.
