[Libs-Or] Snow removal agreements?

Our city public works crews do snow removal on weekdays, but on Saturdays we're on our own!

Do any of you have agreements with local companies or other entities to do snow removal on a regular basis? If so, would you please be willing to share them with me? I'd like to see what wording you use, given that it's a service that's only on an as-needed basis. Thanks!
