[Libs-Or] Serving Patrons With Disabilities

Hello,
We are planning to train library staff on delivering customer service to
patrons with disabilities.

Has your library ever attempted such a training?  If so, do you have any
resource recommendations?  We are looking for training material that would
include service to patrons with physical as well as intellectual
disabilities.
