Hi folks,
We've got a 10+ year old analog PA system in our largest building, and are moving to a VOIP phone environment, with which the old PA hardware and software does not work. We have an amplification system that is fine, we just need the console.
We need something that will:
- Work with VOIP
- Allow pre-recorded messages to be played on a timer (opening, warning of closing, closed, etc.)
- Allow us to record and play music (from our loaning collection) during open hours outside the building
- Allow staff to make announcements from the phones, by zoned areas of the building
- Allow management of times, zones, messages/music, etc. in a web interface
What have you got? Do you like it? From whom did you buy it? Who maintains/services the system? Ballpark cost, and when did you purchase? Who is your staff person who works with the system most closely?
Thank you.
-Margaret
