[Libs-Or] Which Federal Services are shutdown?

There is a pretty good guide to which federal services are available during the shutdown at the usa.gov web site:

http://www.usa.gov/shutdown.shtml

A big one that may impact library references services is Census: all the census.gov web sites are shutdown.
