[Libs-Or] Of Mice and Men

Hello everyone,

I need help finding a book similar in theme and point of view to Of Mice and Men. The 7th/8th grade class is reading this book and the teacher has requested a book for low level readers, reading at a 4th grade level. Or is there a graphic novel version? Thanks for any recommendations.
