Portland, OR-InfoCamp PDX registration is now open! This "unconference," taking place May 3-4 at Portland's Norse Hall, is for anyone interested in information architecture or management, library and information science, informatics, or user-centered design. Registration is now available and is just $65 for both days.

The conference will take place Saturday, May 3 from 1-7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 4 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Norse Hall, 111 NE 11th Ave. Saturday will focus on collaborative information problem solving for local organizations and wrap with InfoParty-a seriously geeky party. Sunday will follow a typical InfoCamp format with a keynote speaker, pitches for participant-led sessions and a plenary activity/prize giveaway.  "I'm super-excited about this year's 2-day format, and as a dedicated information professional I can say without hesitation that this unconference will leave your mind stimulated and above all inspired," said Kirsten Himes, an InfoCamp PDX Organizer.
