   We notified you on December 18 that Congress recently passed the
Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013, paving the way for the House and Senate
Appropriations Committee to begin work on the FY 2014 Federal
Appropriations Bill.

We're now asking for one last push to make sure Congress knows that
libraries need federal funding to continue to serve communities across the
country.

You are receiving this e-mail because your senator and/or representative
currently sit on the Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education
Appropriations Subcommittee and are currently working on this bill. Please
call your U.S. Senator/U.S. Representative and encourage him or her to
support libraries in the FY 2014 Federal Appropriations Bill.
