Gale/Cengage has introduced a new technology, Interlink, for connecting periodical articles within its InfoTrac databases to contextually related content within Gale Virtual Reference Library (GVRL) eBook holdings.

Through document-level hyperlinking, InterLink results are automatically highlighted within the articles in your search.

1. Search in any Gale InfoTrac database or PowerSearch and display results

2. Interlink technology searches the library's GVRL collection for the most relevant, useful and needed results

3. Click the links within the article to expand and continue your search amongst key, selected eBook content results related to your original search

Below is an example of the display of GVRL results on a linked term (Social Security) in an article from Academic OneFile.

In a recent customer survey, this enhancement was among the most requested by librarians and thought to deliver the highest value to users. Please check it out and let me know if you have any additional questions or suggestions.
