[Libs-Or] video game consoles in libraries

We have purchased a Nintendo 3DS XL for use in the library.


If you provide public access to a handheld gaming device such as this,
we’re interested in how you have it set up.


A few of our questions include:


If you make it freely available (rather than offering in-house checkout),
how do you secure it to a table or area of use?


How do you configure parental controls? Do you allow Streetpass or other
multiplayer options?


Are there settings or functions that you have had trouble with, or that you
needed to lock down?


Any other advice or observations would be welcome.
