[Libs-Or] HELP is available for the public library statistical survey 2015!

Hey it's time for that great institution - the annual public library survey!  It takes place every year about this time, and goes until October 1. Aside from the survey there is staff and a FAQ to<http://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/technology/plinkit.aspx> help. Staff strongly encourage people to call early and often (503-378-5027)with questions or suggestions, all of which help libraries in the future as much as the data does!
