[Libs-Or] Archiving Social Media?

Dear Library Community,

How does your library archive its social media? We are gathering information about the best approach, and would appreciate information about any software, processes, or applications you use to archive (and hopefully organize) social media posts and comments. We are looking into ArchiveSocial as one an option, so if you have experience with this, please let me know!
