[Libs-Or] Social media and email newsletter management?

Does your library use a program to manage social media and/or distribute email newsletters? We are trying to step up our marketing game, and are looking into products like HootSuite for social media, as well as platforms for distributing email newsletters. I'm curious what people are using right now, as well as what's worked well vs. what has been an exercise in frustration.
