[Libs-Or] Oregon Revised Statutes available

Hello all,

Just a quick note to any/all of you that may occasionally field a question about "old" Oregon law, or put another way, superseded Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS).

There was a recent announcement in the Oregon Legal Research blog<http://blog.oregonlegalresearch.com/> about the availability of 1953-1993 & 1999-2011 ORS via the Oregon Legislature's site.  This makes running these down so much easier.   Bravo!

Do note, there still is a small gap for 1995 & 1997 which will eventually be closed.
