The Oregon State Library is hiring an Information Systems Specialist 4 (Systems Support Analyst) in our Operations division. The Systems Support Analyst provides technical and maintenance support for network, desktop, and portable devices, including associated applications and systems, to all State Library employees and agents of the State Library. This person provides diagnostic help for resolution of desktop operating problems, maintaining and/or modifying existing systems. This position is an integral part of a small IT team and as such will require some cross training to understand how various systems at the State Library work as well as triaging those systems in times when IT coverage is limited.
