Actually, according to subsection 3(d) of ORS 166.370, "Subsection (1) 
of this section (166.370) does not apply to: *A person who is licensed 
under ORS 166.291 (Issuance of concealed handgun license) and 166.292 
(Procedure for issuing) to carry a concealed handgun.*"
