[Libs-Or] OMG it's true [probably phishing]

The email subject line "OMG it's true" screams phishing - it has a vague subject line and content, a URL that doesn't look like anything credible, and sender's name doesn't match the email address. I hope most of us are savvy enough to recognize this, but figured someone should mention it. I would advocate scrubbing it from the archive, if that's possible.
