Dear Colleague:



In October and November, the Oregon State Library (OSL) is asking the Oregon library community to help evaluate the impact of the federal funds OSL receives from the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA).    We would like you to participate.



The State Library is inviting you to join in a focus group to discuss your opinion of LSTA-funded programs and the future needs of Oregon libraries.  In early November 2016, consultant Sandy Cooper will conduct five Focus Groups across the state to gain feedback from all types of libraries.   Each session will last no more than two hours.
