Cedar Mill uses eTapestry, a cloud based fundraising management tool in the Blackbaud family. We have been satisfied with the software. I think it may also be available through TechSoup when you start. Then you pay based on number of donors.

We just had a very successful Library Foundation retreat and my group that had been a bit stagnate is ready to hit the ground running!

One thing they would like to do is manage our gifts online, with cloud based software that multiple members (treasurer, secretary, fundraising chair, etc) can access from home to manage donors, send out appeal letters, thank you letters, etc.

I'm wondering if anyone has a service they have been happy with and would like to recommend (or if you tried one that was horrible, that would be nice to know too).
