Hi Eryn,
I haven't seen any colleagues mention the CREW method for weeding yet. It
is targeted approach to evaluation and weeding that includes publication
date, condition, checkout information, relevance, etc. It has helped me
make weeding decisions with more confidence and also helps to hit each part
of the collection appropriately. I put together a weeding schedule for
myself so I'm sure to hit every section during the year. Here's a link if
