[Libs-Or] PSU Library: PSU ID Card access-only after 9pm

Portland State University Library
Beginning Spring Term on Sunday, April 2, a PSU ID card will be required to
enter the Library after 9 p.m. This applies to students, faculty, and
staff. Alumni that have a valid PSU Alumni card can also gain access.
