[Libs-Or] Assigning Subject Headings as a Paraprofessional

Hello,

I am interested to see if your library allows paraprofessionals (outside of the "librarian" job title) to assign subject headings. If so, what does the basic workflow look like for this process? We're in the process of evaluating our procedure.

Any insight would help! Thanks!
